Born and raised in Australia, Thomas now calls Hong Kong home.

Harry graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Economics and Minor in Cinema-Television. On his way to co-founding Creative Theory Group, he worked at Paradigm Talent Agency where he helped cover Warner Brothers and Disney projects. Then that eventually led him to co-create the digital and social media brand strategy for George Clooney and Rande Gerber’s Casamigos Tequila.
In 2015 he moved to Hong Kong and held a stint at Sequoia Capital backed Fave, Southeast Asia’s leading mobile payments and rewards platform, and also full-service creative agency APV. At APV, Harry was the Head of New Business & Content Development for clients and projects such as L’Oréal, Shangri-La Group, InvestHK, and Red Bull.
Outside of Creative Theory Group, he is also a Brasilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt that teaches weekly, American Council on Exercise Certified Trainer, and can speak four languages (two very well, and two moderately well).
